We don’t know much about the 2023 NYCFC third kit, but to judge by the images posted on the site it is very, very green — with a blue racing stripe down the sides. This follows last year’s release of the Volt Kit, which is very, very orange. Both are colorful departures from the sky blues and dark hues that make up most of the offerings in NYCFC’s nine years of kit history.

We understand the 2023 third kit is a collaboration between NYCFC and the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation — there’s even an NYC Parks insignia on the hip. That’s cool. After a little internet sleuthing (rather, after a quick search on Google) we learned that NYC Parks already sells merch. Socks, bow ties, dog collars: They have it all. Even more hardcore, they don’t ship — you need to pick up your purchases at the Parks department HQ in Central Park.
