How do I qualify for free delivery?
All the deliveries are under the buyer responsibility and will be charged once we have the address destination through our courier list.
Return Shipping
PALAZZODELLO SPORT cannot be held responsible for return parcels not received. We recommend sending parcels with a tracked service, making a note of the tracking number in case it is required at a later date.
Can I make a reservation?
It is possible to reserve a used product of $200 or more for a period of 4 weeks with a 10% deposit. For more valuable shirts it may be possible to organize payment in instalments. Please reach out through our messaging widget for more information. PALAZZO DELLO SPORT cannot be held responsible for any damage caused when washing if these guidelines are not met.
Repairs
We do not offer a repair service but most wear is easily remedied. Loose hems and stitching can often be fixed with a needle and thread, but if you’re not comfortable undertaking this yourself, most high street tailors will be willing and able.
Photography
These images are the sole property of PALAZZO DELLO SPORT and cannot be used elsewhere without prior permission being granted. This includes eBay and other listings. We are happy to provide extra photos of any used items on request. Please reach out through our chat widget to request this. We cannot provide extra photos of brand-new products unless a defect is highlighted in the description, which is not also shown in the accompanying images.
Printing
Our product listings also include some wider context about the season and players who wore the design. The players listed are just some of those who wore those shirts and unless specified explicitly we are not able to apply prints of these.
I am not sure which size to choose. Can you provide measurements for a particular item?
We go to great lengths to source unusual and rare shirts and understand that the sizing on certain brands can be a mystery – many are new to us too! Remember this is not a collection for 1 item with all the possible measures, there is only 1 item with the size that appears printed on the tag and also on the jersey. If there is anything missing though, please contact us and we will measure anything not yet measured for you.

All shirts on PALAZZO DELLO SPORT are genuine original items. We do not sell fake or re-manufactured items. We do not provide a verification service, but we hope following images will help you determine the authenticity of a shirt you’re unsure of.
